Our refund and remake policy for personalised song orders.
Personalised digital products
Each MadeYouASong order is a personalised digital product created from your own brief. Because the work is custom-made for you, it may not always be eligible for a no-questions-asked refund once creation has started.
Digital download consent
Before downloading the audio file, you will be asked to confirm that you want immediate access to the digital content. If you agree and download, you acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right for that digital download ends once the download starts. This is in line with UK consumer digital content regulations.
Download availability
Completed song downloads are available for 30 days from delivery. Please download and keep your MP3 before it expires. After that period, the stored audio file may be deleted, but order and payment metadata may be kept for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and tax records.
One refinement is included
Every paid order includes one refinement request so you can ask for a reasonable adjustment if something does not feel right.
Failed or undeliverable orders
If we cannot deliver a working song page or the order becomes undeliverable, we will aim to remake the order or provide a refund where appropriate. Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days, although your bank or payment provider may take a little longer.
